Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

Permitted use

You may use Likely for proportionate, lawful research involving adult business contacts where you have a legitimate reason to identify a possible organisation-owned work address.

Prohibited use

You must not use Likely to:

  • send spam, phishing, malware or deceptive communications;
  • harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, dox or impersonate anyone;
  • target minors or seek personal, household or private email addresses;
  • build, enrich, sell or redistribute a bulk contact directory;
  • make eligibility, employment, credit, housing, insurance or similarly significant decisions;
  • facilitate credential attacks, unauthorised access, surveillance or other cyber abuse;
  • scrape or automate the service, bypass quotas, defeat bot controls or interfere with availability;
  • ignore an objection, suppression request, unsubscribe request or applicable marketing restriction.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, challenge, block or suspend activity that appears abusive or threatens people, organisations or the service. Where appropriate, we may preserve limited security evidence and report apparently unlawful conduct.

Report a concern

Report suspected misuse, a vulnerable result or a security issue to abuse@likely.email. Requests to correct or suppress an inferred address may be sent to privacy@likely.email.
