Terms of use

Using Likely
Likely is a research aid for legitimate business purposes. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of accepting these terms. By submitting a lookup, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Predictions, not verification
Results are suspected work addresses inferred from public evidence. They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. A result does not confirm that a mailbox exists, belongs to the named person, accepts mail or may lawfully be contacted. You must independently assess accuracy, relevance and legal compliance before use.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your lookup, your lawful basis for processing personal data, and every message or action arising from a result. You must comply with applicable privacy, direct-marketing, anti-spam, consumer-protection and employment laws, including honouring objections and opt-outs.
Limits and availability
Free access is limited to one successfully returned result per browser per UTC day. We may change limits, challenge traffic, refuse searches, suspend access or withdraw the service to protect people and infrastructure. You must not evade technical limits.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or that use of a result will be lawful in your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
